The UC Links statewide office is pleased to share that many of our partners from around the globe will be presenting a structured poster session together at AERA in Chicago this Spring (April 13-16, 2023).
The session, Grasping the Elephant: International Perspectives on Truth-making in Participatory Design Research Projects(accepted by the International Relations Committee), brings together research teams from Italy, Spain, Uganda, Uruguay, and the US. To address the conference theme, Interrogating Consequential Education Research in Pursuit of Truth, presenters will explore the process of partnering and how collectives of people who are differently positioned in their local sites and contexts work together to build more robust models of “truth.”
