We are excited to share that the Math CEO (UC Irvine) has received the 2025 Award for an Exemplary Program in a Mathematics Department by the American Math Society. Congratulations to Professors Alessandra Pantano and Li-Sheng Tseng in UC Irvine’s Department of Mathematics.
Math CEO program brings Santa Ana middle-school students to the UCI campus to work in small groups with undergraduate mentors, many of whom are also from historically marginalized groups, to engage in fun and challenging mathematical tasks.
